Flax Oil Mixture for "Fluffy
Floaties"!?!?!
In order to facilitate fluffy floaties and
not stinky
sinkies and also to boost your Omega 3 levels, try taking this mixture
daily...
One tablespoon of Flax Oil (per 110 pounds of your weight)
daily, mixed with two tablespoons of preferably organic yogurt or cottage
cheese, and add one tablespoon of flax meal.
Flax meal has more good stuff in it like ligans which fight tumors and
phytoestrogens which are supposed to prevent cancers!
Make it a smoothie, make it desert or mix with fruit,
cereal or whatever you like! And as always, check with your doctor before
you start this blend.

To really help things more, take a tablespoon of psyllium
husks in water 30 minutes before a meal. Read the instructions well,
as you need plenty of water when doing this.
